The staff were polite and the facilities provided were good.

I liked this brand-new hotel and stayed for 1 night here. They gave me a new-fashioned room with a kettle, a next level plus clean towels. Everything here was good. Property's location was marvellous as it was near an underground station.

Getting to my room involved a couple of flights of stairs, which can be a hassle if you have heavy bags. The general ambiance felt a bit bare, lacking some of the comfort extras found in more upscale hotels. It was also clear that cleanliness varied. While my sheets were fresh, the carpet had seen better days and had some dirt tracked in from guests. Some amenities seemed outdated, and you could pick up a slight odor from the hallway at times.

Cleanliness was a significant issue, with the bathroom fixtures covered in unpleasant residues. There were unsettling activities observed in the vicinity, detracting from any semblance of safety or comfort.
